Delete your Anjoh account

We don't have a self-serve delete button yet — to make sure the right account is removed and nothing is lost in the wrong inbox, our support team handles every request personally.

What to include in your email

To help us find and remove the right account quickly, please include:

  • The full name on your account.
  • The phone number you used to sign up.
  • Your email address (if you registered one).
  • A short note confirming you want your account and personal data removed.

What happens next

  • We confirm it's you

    We'll reply to verify the request from the email or phone number tied to your account.

  • We process within 30 days

    Your personal information is removed within 30 days of verification, unless we're legally required to keep specific records.

  • Your chats stay with WhatsApp

    Conversations with vendors live inside WhatsApp Business — those are governed by WhatsApp's policies, not Anjoh's.

Changed your mind?

If you only want to take a break, you can sign out of the Anjoh app and your saved vendors will be waiting for you when you return — no email needed.
